Qi Gong- Qi means your life force energy and Gong means practice. Try this whole-body gentle movement for overall well-being, fun, and stress-relief. One can do this standing, seated, or even lying down. This is an ancient movement practice that includes any or all of the following: breathing, self-massage, sound, guided meditations. Fees are nominal, sometimes free, and you could join me on the beach or in the midst of trees, or even on Zoom. Costs vary as location or people dictate.

Drumming and Rattling Shamanic Sound Therapy Series- Four classes. Starts on May 29th, Fridays 4:00 PM- 5:15 PM. Learn about your drum and what you can do with it. Includes four weeks of playing, looking at historical aspects, mini birthing ritual, heart connection, elemental drumming, drumming for journeying, and connecting with the land. Please bring a percussion instrument. If you do not have one there are a few available for you to borrow or you can bring an empty can or oatmeal container with dry beans or small stones in it. Be creative!

The cost for these two classes is nil.

I offer structured drum classes for any group. I can bring drums for about forty people. Drum rental is available for larger groups. This group drumming can be a one-time deal as an intro to drumming or a series of four or six classes, usually once a week. Please contact me for details.

HEALING RHYTHMS: The purpose of this class is for the attendee to let go, relax and to receive healing in a safe place through a Rhythmic Healing Circle.

Healing Rhythms is an evening where participants can explore, experience and journey to incredible heights with sound accompanied by a drum. Healing Rhythms is not a traditional drum circle, it is an evening where participants join together through intention, guidance and sound to receive and offer healing through the drum. Each circle combines partnered exercises, solo experiences and connections to spirit in the form of healing.

Healing Rhythms is originated by Al Romao and is Shamanic in its structure, but no Shamanic experience is required, all levels of experience in drumming and journeying are welcome.

I offer personalized sound healing baths or group sessions in which I utilize instruments such as Koshi bells, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, various drums, tuning forks, and rattles to relax passive participants into the Alpha state for healing.

There are individualized healing experiences even in group sessions. I move around the room with different healing instruments, so vibrations of healing frequencies are shared over each attendant's body.

I use Do Terra oils as I have found them to among the purest. The company works with the plant's sources around the world in just ways. Sustainability and connection with growers, traditions, and employees on location make the process seamless.

SHAMANIC HEALING: As a Shamanic Practitioner, I live a life of service, working with Spirit to become a conduit, a hollow bone for Spirit and guides to come through me to help you on a deep spiritual level. This healing can occur on many levels.

I will do a divination for this healing. I will share my answers with you. We will also talk before and at the end of the healing ceremony. The time period of a session can be somewhere between 90 minutes and 120 minutes. There will most likely be drumming, rattling, various sound instruments, chanting or songs during the practice to help with the healing process.

The cost for a session is $165.00.

As a Shamanic Practitioner, I also offer house, land, and business blessings. using Spirit to guide me as to what is necessary for a particular location. All practices restore balance and harmony to the property through blessings, ritual and ceremony lasting from 2 to 3 hours and are a way to honor the land. We are all connected, and this process builds on that.

I may use smudging, aspersion, Limpia, drumming, rattling, chanting, song, and a despacho to connect with heart felt intension and prayers in ceremonies or as rituals for this work.

The cost for starts at $175.00 and up depending on the size and location of your house/property.

MINDFULNESS: Mindfulness is paying attention to the here and now (present moment) with acceptance and non-judgment, kindness and curiosity. Practicing Mindfulness becomes an awareness of life and self. It helps us to appreciate so many of life's and nature's joys, gifts, and treasures.

I offer individual and group sessions/classes. They can be one-time introductory classes or series of classes, four- or six-week sessions once a week work well.

All classes offer practical hands-on experiences as well as a bit of scientific documentation and background.

The cost is $15.00 per person for 45 minutes with discounts given on series attendance. Individual costs start at $40.00.
